We&#8217;re always looking for new ways to serve our customers so we&#8217;re excited to announce the launch of LIO&#8217;s new payment center, which supports online payments and autopay!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please have your LIO billing account number or a related policy number ready for any accounts you&#8217;d like to make payments for<\/strong> and then follow these steps to get started:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0 0 5px 0;\"><strong>Step 1: Create a LIO user account<\/strong> if you don&#8217;t already have one.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style: disc; padding: 0 0 20px 40px;\">\n<li style=\"all: revert; padding: 0 0 5px 0;\">Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.mylioinsurance.com\/sign-up\">sign-up page<\/a>, enter your name and email address, and click \u201cCreate Account.\u201d Note: If you aren&#8217;t affiliated with a LIO partner, you do <strong>not<\/strong> need to enter a Partner ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style: disc; padding: 0 0 20px 40px;\">\n<li style=\"all: revert; padding: 0 0 5px 0;\">Check your inbox for the verification email from LIO and click the \u201cActivate Account\u201d button. You will be directed back to LIO&#8217;s portal to continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0 0 5px 0;\"><strong>Step 2: Create a Payer profile<\/strong> and link your billing accounts.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style: disc; padding: 0 0 20px 40px;\">\n<li style=\"all: revert; padding: 0 0 5px 0;\">From your LIO account dashboard, click on \u201cPayment Center\u201d in the navigation bar. The first time you access the payment center, you&#8217;ll be prompted with questions by our payer \u201cwizard.\u201d<br \/>\nEnter the basic information needed to link your billing account for payment.<\/li>\n<li style=\"all: revert; padding: 0 0 5px 0;\">If you would like to link additional billing accounts, go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.mylioinsurance.com\/payments\/accounts\">Account Management page<\/a> and click \u201cAdd an Account.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0 0 5px 0;\"><strong>Step 3: Add a payment method.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style: disc; padding: 0 0 20px 40px;\">\n<li style=\"all: revert; padding: 0 0 5px 0;\">Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.mylioinsurance.com\/settings\/payment-methods\">Payment Settings<\/a> and add your preferred payment method to use for future payments by clicking \u201cManage Payment Methods.\u201d<\/li>\n<li style=\"all: revert; padding: 0 0 5px 0;\">We accept all major credit cards and ACH (A 3.5% fee applies to credit card transactions).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"padding-top: 20px;\">That&#8217;s it! Once you have your payer profile and payment methods set up, you can easily:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Set up autopayments<\/strong> (Recommended)<br \/>\nOnce you have at least one billing account linked and one payment method added, you can opt to set up your billing account(s) for automatic payments.<br \/>\nTo configure your billing account(s) for autopay, go to the \u201cAutomatic Payments\u201d panel under <a href=\"https:\/\/app.mylioinsurance.com\/settings\/payment-methods\">Payment Settings<\/a> and click \u201cAdd an Autopay Account.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make a manual payment<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you don&#8217;t have autopayments set up for a billing account, payments can be made by clicking on the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.mylioinsurance.com\/payments\/new\">Make a Payment<\/a>&#8221; button.<br \/>\nAlternatively, you can make a payment from your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.mylioinsurance.com\/payments\/accounts\">Account Management page<\/a> by opening the dropdown menu for the billing account (by clicking the dots to the right), or from the detail page for an account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LIO Online Payments: Getting Started As part of our mission, we are dedicated to making insurance simple.
